Since its inception, the goal with
Evolutionary Publishing has been to offer a selection of titles designed to
appeal to a broad spectrum of readers.
The submissions we accept are not always the
standard fare of most online publishing houses. Our books are diverse in style,
genre, and appeal. From the start my personal motto was to take my time and
build the catalogue slowly and steadily.
I have opted out for quality verses
quantity. This allows both us and the author to work toward a quality output,
rather than imposing tight deadlines that result in publishing substandard
work. It also allows me to get to know my authors, and
work closely with them in an attempt to form a true partnership.
I love books that force me to forget I am
editing, because I can’t wait to see what happens next. That happened when I
read Dues of Justice, by Jack Adler, The Tales Of A House God, by Cathy Dee and
Dead Market by Gary Starta. Throw in Estrealla Azul by Colleen Love and A
Whisper of Humanity by Denyse Bridger and you have a great start to a diverse
library, ranging from paranormal to comedy and just about everything in
between. It is my hope that I will continue to have the opportunity to
introduce readers to talents they might not have otherwise met, and to deliver
books which I am proud to have with my publishing house.
